Motion to spend $500 at Pinz bowling for an IRG party with and option to spend more if needed. The party is to be held on a Saturday in the afternoon with exact date to be determined in January.

Motion to have the Idaho Rally Group logo digitized for use on apparel at a cost of 50$. This is pending verification on weather a digitized copy already exists.

Motion to prepay all or a portion of next years permits for Fire, Ambulance, Sharif, and other related permits. Dick will determine actual distribution based on available funds.

$100.00 down payment made for IRG trailer.

Carl drove to Colorado to pick up equipment from Colorado Rally. Shipping of $300.00 paid to Carl to cover trip expenses.

Website will be updated with a downloadable form which will provided proof of participation for those that want or need it. This is being done with a focus on military personnel, however it is available to everyone.

Website updates and registration will now open in February instead of March.

First RallyX event is tentatively planned for the 2nd weekend of April.

2012 World Jet Boat Championship will be held starting the second week of April and is looking for volunteers with a focus on HAM operators but all are needed. This event will run 13-21. If you are interested in participating in this event you can go to the Facebook page.
