Camping
Will there be camping available? Is the service area ok to camp at and do they have 120v power hook-ups. We are also planning on bringing out our custom Rally Simulator to play. adults only.

Sorry this has did not get answered sooner. For some reason I missed to it. There is a RV dump and camping is available for RV's but we are not sure about being able to support the simulator. At the meeting there was some issue raised about it. I am going to get some clarification and respond again.
However a rally simulator sounds cool and I would probably spend all my money on it. Can you give a little info on the dimensions and space requirements of the setup?
I don't know of any power hookups....anyone that knows otherwise, feel free to correct me.
The Playseat simulator is about 5' x 3' wide. We wanted to hook it up in the service area for people to try out. Its hooked up for XBOX and have Dirt2, Forza 4 to run on the simulator. Mabey we can run it off vehicle power with a converter. Where is the service area located this year. I'm assuming its just the one location for both days.
The service area is the same as last year. If it can be run off vehicle power then I don't see an issue. After a little discussion it does appear that there are no power outlets. I wonder how long a Wallmart inverter would last powering the thing. I have one of those ones that you plug into your lighter. It is a three prong. lol
Harbor freight has them for as low and 119.00
Bryan, I will check on power in Placerville tommorrow night and let you know. Thanks, Dick
